Shahar Yahalom

  • Her sculptural work raises questions about the relationship between the living (human) body and the still (sculpted) body, as well as the relationship between them and a dead body. In her recent works she examines the possibility of still representation, making the dimension of the living non-existent, thereby creating disruption and reversal in structures of control and hierarchy between bodies.
