Yuri Katz

Painting Track Director

Curator, artist, and painting teacher. Completed his Master’s in art and education in Haifa University and is currently a lecturer in academic institutions and art schools. In addition to his own painting career, Katz curates solo and group exhibitions in leading exhibition spaces, and serves as head of the judging panel for the Oscar Handler Young Artist Award. Over the years, Katz’s work has been exhibited in many solo and group exhibitions. He is also the 2014 Minister of Education and Culture Prize recipient in the field of plastic arts.
